Prints are printed within 2 business days of purchase. All orders will receive shipping and can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping, depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

For FASTEST delivery, UPS is recommended.

NO! PNG files are downloadable images that you can print yourself. NO PHYSICAL item is sent when you purchase a png file.

For issues with pngs or custom pngs, please contact within 24 business hours of purchasing. Png files are non refundable due to them being available to download instantly but all steps to help you use your images will be offered.

For issues with PRINTS, please contact within 48 business hours if you are missing a print. Replacements will NOT be sent if contacted after 48 business hours after your order has arrived. Refunds are NOT given for user error. Be sure you KNOW how to apply these prints before purchasing.
